Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a specialist care home in Workington, Cumbria. The role requires RGN, RMN or RNLD with an active NMC PIN and involves 37.5 hours per week across day and night shifts in a permanent role.

The successful candidate will manage admissions, assessments and care planning, work with the MDT, and provide compassionate, high-quality care with opportunities for development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Experience in similar care setting is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate admission processes for new admissions.
• Undertake initial nursing assessments.
• Participate in care planning with MDT.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with young people and families.
• Complete required documentation and nursing reports.
