Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Clinical Registered Manager to lead specialist care services in Cheshire for individuals with complex care needs, ABI and neurological conditions. You will oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on high-quality, person-centred care and strong clinical leadership.

The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with 5+ years post-registration, knowledge of CQC standards, and a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with ABI/Neurocare/Complex Care experience.
• At least 5 years post-registration experience.
• Experience in health or social care management.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
