Job summary

Langdon House Care Home in Cambridge is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead the clinical team, contribute to care planning and ensure dementia care standards are met.

The role requires an NMC-registered RN, RMN or RNLD with at least 1 year post-registration, a commitment to relationship-centred care, and a desire to work in a supportive, family-style environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified and NMC registered RN, RMN or RNLD with 1 year post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Care Manager with care delivery to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.
• Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and reflect residents’ needs and delivered care.
• Engage with residents in meaningful activities that respect dignity and individual communication differences.
• Lead the clinical team to align with the Athena vision and Charter.
