Athena Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Care Lead for ourAlex Wood House Care Home in Cambridge to drive high-quality clinical governance and person-centred care. You will lead the clinical team, ensure robust care planning, and champion dementia care across shifts.

The role requires RN/RGN/RMN registration, with at least two years of shift leadership and a strong track record in dementia care. We offer a competitive salary, bank holiday enhancements and a comprehensive induction.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with registration and current practicing status.
• Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
• Extensive dementia care experience; a dementia qualification is advantageous.
• Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for clinical care in the home.
• Lead care delivery in the home, to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.
• Lead, coach, support and inspire the clinical team to deliver outcomes for the home.
• Ensure that an outstanding level of relationship centred care, dementia care and clinical care is being delivered within the home.
