Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) in Grimsby, offering £36,800 per year for a 40-hour week. You will join a specialist team delivering compassionate, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs and mental health conditions.

Applicants must be RMN or RNLD with NMC PIN, completed preceptorship and solid post-registration experience. The role emphasises safeguarding, clinical governance and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or RNLD – essential
• Valid NMC registration and PIN – essential
• Completed preceptorship – essential
• Previous post-registration nursing experience – essential
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities or mental health conditions
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management and care planning skills
• Good understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments and person-centred care
• Confidence managing challenging situations with a calm, professional approach
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
• A compassionate, patient and adaptable approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to individuals with complex needs
• Support patients with learning disabilities and mental health conditions
• Complete clinical assessments and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records
• Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes
• Support positive behaviour strategies and individual risk management plans
• Promote independence, dignity and meaningful engagement in daily activities
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
• Support and guide Healthcare Assistants in delivering consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, clinical governance and NMC professional practice
