Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a passionate RMN or RNLD nurse to join an exceptional mental health service in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. You will deliver high-quality care to residents living with complex needs, often with learning disabilities or mental health conditions, across day and night shifts.

You must be an RMN or RNLD with an active NMC pin. The role offers a permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week) with a generous benefits package including 33 days leave, meals and parking,

Qualifications

• Qualified RMN or RNLD with current NMC PIN.
• Experience in Rehabilitation or Behavioural Management would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing residents' needs and wishes.
• Develop, review and update care plans to meet changing physical, social and psychological needs.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and external stakeholders.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to residents.
• Promote high standards of nursing care by supervising staff and running shifts smoothly.
• Ensure the team’s skills and knowledge meet changing business needs.
