Job summary
CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an RMN/RNLD nurse for a leading mental health service in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The role is permanent and full-time, offering a salary of £35,000–£36,832 per annum with monthly pay.
You will work 40 hours weekly across day and night shifts, delivering high-quality care to residents with complex needs. You will develop care plans, monitor residents’ progress, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure compassionate, evidence-based practice
Qualifications
- RMN or RNLD with active NMC pin.
- Experience in mental health and learning disability settings is beneficial.
- Willing to work day and night shifts across a 40-hour week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care by assessing residents' needs and wishes.
- Develop, review and update care plans for changing needs.
- Communicate professionally with visitors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure medicines are received, stored and administered correctly.
- Supervise staff to run shifts smoothly and maintain high standards.
- Support the team to adapt to changing service needs.
