Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting RMN or RGN nurses for Doncaster and surrounding area to provide flexible, patient-centred mental health care across private settings. Choose ad-hoc or block shifts with weekday, night and weekend availability.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, maintain records in electronic systems, and report to service managers. Requires NMC registration, Enhanced DBS, and three employment references.

Qualifications

• NMC registered RMN with relevant UK experience.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Three years of employment references.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach with adaptability to new teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health care across private care settings.

• Monitor and respond to patient’s clinical needs, escalating when necessary.

• Report directly to the general service managers

We're Looking For:

• NMC registered RMN with relevant experience
• Enhanced DBS
• Three years of employment references
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments
