Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced RMN or RGN for flexible, agency-style shifts across Lincoln and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality mental health care in private settings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor patients and escalate needs, and maintain accurate electronic records.

DBS enhanced, references, and strong communication are required. Flexible ad-hoc or block bookings available.

Qualifications

• Must be NMC registered RMN with relevant UK experience.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Three years of employment references.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach with ability to adapt to new teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
• Report directly to the general service managers

We're Looking For:

• NMC registered RMN with relevant experience
• Enhanced DBS
• Three years of employment references
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments
