Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking RMN or RGN nurses for flexible ad-hoc or block bookings across Doncaster and the surrounding area. You will deliver mental health care in private care settings, working with multidisciplinary teams to support individual care plans.

You will monitor patients, maintain accurate electronic records, and escalate when needed. The role offers fully flexible shifts, free DBS, competitive hourly rates, and in-house upskilling training including ILS and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• NMC registered RMN with relevant experience.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Three years of employment references.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and ability to adapt to new teams.

The Role:

• As a Nurse, you will:

• Maintain accurate records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
• Report directly to the general service managers

We're Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments
