CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a hospital in the Charlwood area, Surrey, to recruit a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). You will work in a low/medium secure setting caring for male patients aged 18+ detained under the Mental Health Act, with focus on extended treatment and rehabilitation.

The role requires RMN qualification and a valid NMC PIN. You will contribute to care plans, lead shifts, and mentor junior staff in a supportive, patient-centred environment.

• Must be a qualified RMN with an active NMC PIN.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high standard of care for adults with mental illness and personality disorder.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
• Follow codes of conduct, standards and legislation, promoting ethical practice.
• Contribute to patient assessments, planning care, and monitoring progress.
• Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and junior team members at senior levels.
