Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) required

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder
• Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Follow codes of conduct, standards and legislation, promoting ethical practice
• Contribute to patient assessments and care planning
• Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and other team members
