Job summary

Priory Hospital Newbury is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. The role offers a salary of £32,292–£35,596 and a 37.5-hour week, with day and night shifts on a rotating pattern, including weekends, within a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males.

You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care as part of a multi-disciplinary team, uphold NMC standards, and contribute to personalised care plans aligned with recovery

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with at least 12 months post-registration experience.
• Active NMC registration and completion of a preceptorship programme.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality care.
• Ability to work flexibly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to promote client wellbeing.
• Ensure prescribed nursing care is effectively implemented.
• Work day and night shifts on rotation, including weekends.
