Priory Hospital Newbury in Berkshire is seeking a Mental Health Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing care and support rehabilitation aims for adult males with mental health needs.

Shift work includes days, nights, weekends, with a strong focus on patient-centred care. Applicants must be RMN with active NMC registration and at least 12 months post-registration experience; CPD ongoing and excellent communication are

Formación

• RMN with minimum 12 months post-registration experience.
• Active NMC registration and completion of a preceptorship.
• Strong understanding of NMC guidelines and professional standards.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of the MDT to implement prescribed nursing care.
• Promote client and carer interests; ensure care delivery as per plan.
• Rotating day/night shifts, including weekends.
