Qualifikationen

• Qualified RMN with active NMC registration.

• Completion of a preceptorship programme.
• Knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ongoing professional development.

Aufgaben

• Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
• Assess, plan and deliver nursing care with the patient and their carer/family.
• Accurately observe and engage with patients to assess their need and progress.
• Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
