Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Rhondda Cynon Taff. In this role, you will provide high-quality care within a low-secure mental health facility, supporting the rehabilitation of residents with neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or general nursing within low-security settings.
• Restraint training preferred but not essential if already covered.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and review care plans for residents with neurological conditions.
• Implement and monitor individual care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with families to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain high standards of nursing care in a homely, caring environment.
• Support residents rehabilitation and recovery processes.
