Job summary

Priory Hospital Bristol is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our brand-new mixed acute ward. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic, recovery-focused team delivering care to adults experiencing acute mental health needs.

You will provide prescribed, person-centred nursing care, work closely with carers, families and the multidisciplinary team, and help develop care plans, while maintaining NMC standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Registered RMN with active NMC Registration.
• Completed preceptorship programme.
• 6–12 months post-registration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed, person-centred nursing care to adults with acute mental health needs.
• Act as a named nurse, develop and review care plans with the MDT and carers.
• Maintain safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act compliance and professional development.
