Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a reputable care home in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area to recruit a Registered Nurse on a permanent basis. The role covers day and night shifts and involves delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC guidelines.

As a Registered Nurse you will assess residents, administer medications, and develop comprehensive care plans with residents and families. Excellent teamwork, leadership, and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN.
• Experience in care setting is beneficial.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care home specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
