Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, rapid fault diagnosis, and hands-on use of modern maintenance tools to minimise downtime in our distribution operations. You will work on-site across shifts, supporting apprentices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma is required.
• NVQ/SQV/IVQ/City & Guilds/ EAL Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• 4-year UK certified apprenticeship would be advantageous.
• Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
• Work on continuous improvement projects across EU sites.
