Starling Bank is seeking a Risk Reporting Officer to join their risk management team in Cardiff. In this role, you will manage the committee reporting lifecycle, drive improvements in reporting quality, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely analysis and presentation of risk information. The Risk Reporting Officer will work alongside the Head of Risk Reporting and Senior Risk Reporting Manager in the design, collation, and preparation of risk papers, reports, and presentations to committees. This includes organizing and coordinating timely input from relevant departments and Risk teams.
You will help ensure that risk information and analysis are properly represented and understood across Starling, including developing and redesigning reporting to committees as needed. The role involves the end-to-end lifecycle of committee reporting: setting agendas, communicating with committee chairs, managing relationships across all three lines of defence to consolidate risk information, and ensuring punctual circulation.
