Based at our Head Office in Stratford-Upon-Avon, this Risk Pricing Consultant role involves developing, recommending, and managing risk pricing for Personal Motor products. You will deliver accurate risk costs, optimize premiums, and analyze cost drivers.
You will liaise with stakeholders, lead pricing activities, and contribute to understanding insurance costs. The role includes line management responsibilities and offers excellent career development opportunities.
We seek an experienced insurance pricing professional with a background in technical pricing, ideally in Personal Motor products, within the UK general insurance market. Knowledge of Risk Pricing is preferred but not essential; experience in Reserving or Capital Modelling is also valuable.
Key skills include claims inflation prediction, pricing assumptions monitoring, complex data analysis, stakeholder management, and simplification of complex concepts. Additional experience in model review, market analysis, and governance will be advantageous.
