Job Title: Risk Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Risk Manager to join one of our Insurance clients team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Risk Manager to implement and maintain the Group's risk management processes and policies in line with the approved Group Risk Framework. You will be responsible for delivering training to risk and control owners and promoting a strong risk culture across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Compliance Director and Senior Risk Manager in executing the Group Risk Plan and related activities.
• Preparing high-quality risk reports for the Compliance & Risk Committee and Group Boards, as directed.
• Managing risk management systems, controls, and supporting policies and procedures across all Group entities.
• Leading the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Group's Risk Appetite statements and tolerance metrics.
• Overseeing Group Risk Management processes, including risk and control reviews, risk appetite assessments, key risk indicator monitoring, and risk event reporting.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong communication skills, both oral and written, and a proven track record of working effectively with various stakeholders, including executive management.
To excel in this role, you will have:

• At least 6 years of experience in the London market, preferably with a Lloyd’s managing agent.
• In-depth knowledge of FCA requirements, the PRA supervisory framework, policy, and Solvency II principles.
• A professional qualification (such as IRM, CII, ACCA, ACA, etc.) is advantageous but not required.
