Emerald Group in London is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to support and enhance the enterprise risk management framework across the business. You will identify, assess, monitor and manage risks, develop KRIs, and coordinate risk assessments with stakeholders, including ESG and climate risk initiatives.

The role requires minimum 5 years in risk management within a Lloyd’s or London Market environment, with strong governance and reporting capability.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ Risk Management experience within a Lloyd’s or London Market insurance environment.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and best practices.
• Experience supporting risk assessments, controls reviews and risk reporting processes.
• Exposure to ESG, climate risk, stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams and governance committees.

Responsabilidades

• Promote risk awareness and support risk training initiatives across the business
• Maintain and enhance risk registers, controls frameworks and associated governance documentation
• Coordinate and facilitate risk and control assessment exercises with business stakeholders
• Develop, monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Investigate risk incidents, losses and near misses, supporting root cause analysis and remediation activities
• Support the production and ongoing development of ORSA documentation and reporting
• Contribute to Internal Model validation, assurance and governance activities
• Support stress testing, scenario testing and wider risk management initiatives, including ESG and climate risk activities
