Job summary

Arthur Financial is seeking a Risk Manager to join a Lloyd's market syndicate's growing risk function in London. You will support the delivery of an Enterprise Risk Management framework and provide effective risk oversight across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders to embed risk awareness and a strong risk culture, contributing to ORSA, risk appetite monitoring, and control effectiveness assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Proven ability to provide effective risk oversight across a large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to embed risk awareness and culture.
• Experience with risk governance, appetite, ORSA, and control assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework within a Risk function.
• Provide effective risk oversight across the organisation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to embed risk awareness and a strong risk culture.
• Contribute to risk management activities including: risk deep dives, ERM-related tasks, ORSA, risk appetite development and monitoring, and control effectiveness assessment.

• Emerging risk identification and assessment
• Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA)
