Role overview

We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Group Head of Risk & Compliance, you will play a key role in embedding a robust risk management framework, ensuring risk management processes are consistently applied across our brands, and fostering a culture of compliance.

We operate a flexible hybrid working model, enabling you to work from our London office on Great Portland Street at least once a week.

As a Risk & Compliance Manager at Next 15, you will:
  • Embed and continuously improve the organisation’s risk management framework, ensuring consistent application across all brands.

  • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and investigate incidents to implement effective remediation plans.

  • Develop and embed a compliance and policy framework tailored to the organisation’s needs, including delivering compliance-related training.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies, while developing metrics to track progress.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create risk and compliance materials for presentation to the board, audit committee, and other key groups.

  • Promote a culture of compliance across the organisation and provide guidance to policy owners and functional leads.

You will bring:
  • Experience in risk management and compliance, including risk assessment, mitigation, and incident response.

  • Knowledge of compliance principles, best practices, and frameworks.

  • Experience in policy development and delivering compliance training.

  • Experience in engaging and managing senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in analysing and interpreting risk and compliance data and metrics.

  • Competency in using risk management software and tools.
