Job summary

Anthony Collins inc, based in Birmingham, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to lead the firm’s regulatory risk program. You will advise on SRA standards, AML, data protection and conflicts while guiding partners and business services on compliance matters.

Hybrid role with on-site offices and flexible home-working. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the legal sector and a track record delivering compliant practices across housing, property, social business and charities.

Qualifications

• Significant legal sector risk and compliance experience with strong knowledge of SRA regulation, AML, conflicts and data protection.
• Proven ability to interpret complex legislation and apply regulatory requirements within a commercial legal practice.
• Confidence to influence, challenge and support partners and senior stakeholders on compliance issues.
• Experience of claims management, compliance audits and regulatory investigations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear advice, training and written guidance.

Responsibilities

Ready to take the lead on complex legal risk and compliance matters in a firm that advises organisations and individuals, making a positive difference to society? You will support the Head of Risk, Compliance & Knowledge in delivering a specialist risk and compliance service across the firm. Working closely with partners, legal teams and business services colleagues, you will provide expert guidance on complex regulatory matters and help ensure compliance across the sectors we serve, including housing, property, social business and charities.

Key Responsibilities
