Our Risk Division is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our Operational Risk and Resilience team focusing on enterprise risk management.
The key purpose of this role is in helping NFU Mutual manage risks effectively and keep governance strong across the Group. You’ll be supporting and delivering our risk management strategies by gathering and analysing data, turning it into clear insights that guide smart decision-making and ensure we stay compliant with regulations. Building strong relationships with colleagues is a big part of the job, as you’ll be advising on risk approaches and sharing ideas for improvement in line with best practice. You’ll also help make complex regulatory requirements easier to understand across the business, encouraging a culture of awareness, confidence, and continuous improvement when it comes to risk.

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in risk management and the skills to make a real impact across the business. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), with desirable experience in Power BI, although training will be provided. Just as important are your communication and relationship-building skills, as you’ll be working closely with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You may also have completed a recognised risk management training course, such as the Institute of Risk Management\'s Fundamentals of Risk Management or have, or working towards, a qualification in Insurance or Risk.
