Join a leading insurance business as a Risk Analyst, supporting the implementation of a robust Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework. This role offers the opportunity to engage with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to a collaborative risk culture. With a focus on professional development and flexible working, this position is ideal for those passionate about risk management in a dynamic environment.
Our client is a well-established insurance business that forms part of a wider financial services group. Currently in a period of transformation, the business is investing in strengthening its 2nd Line Risk function and embedding a more mature risk framework across the organisation. This is a great time to join a business on a journey of improvement, with strong executive buy-in and an emphasis on cultural alignment and positive outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Risk, the Risk Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across the organisation. You will work closely with business units across multiple entities, providing challenge, guidance, and oversight to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
This is a highly visible role that interacts with stakeholders across all levels, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building relationships with the wider business.
