As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will have excellent food knowledge, uphold high standards, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Understanding food, health and safety standards, and managing kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
