Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is eager to manage the line, plan shifts, and work collaboratively with the team, coaching on the go
• Has an understanding of food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
