Job summary

Craven College in Skipton is seeking a committed Projects Key Worker to engage with the local community and agencies to identify eligible participants for the Rise2Thrive/Multiply projects. You will support the Project Team Leader and develop strategies to engage disengaged individuals.

Regular travel within West and North Yorkshire is expected, and a full enhanced DBS check will be required. Access to a vehicle and a clean driving licence are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in the local community
• Experience of maintaining accurate records
• Excellent interpersonal and report writing skills

Responsibilities

• Identify eligible participants for Rise2Thrive/Multiply and link to support services
• Develop strategies to engage disengaged and underrepresented individuals
• Build community links with key influencers and partner agencies
• Deliver and promote inclusion events and recruit and enrol participants
