Job summary

Bristol City Council is seeking a Right to Buy Coordinator to join our Home Ownership team. You will manage Right to Buy applications from enquiry through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and customers receive a professional, efficient service.

The role requires knowledge of housing legislation, experience in Right to Buy, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work with Legal Services, Property Services and residents. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Right to Buy service or housing environment.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and using Microsoft 365 and housing management systems.
