Job summary

Citizen in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated administrator to process Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. This hybrid role supports Leasehold colleagues and offers a varied workload.

You will need GCSE English and Maths, strong communication, stakeholder handling, and the ability to learn new rules quickly. The 12-month FTC/secondment provides a clear development path within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of using Active H.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and managing expectations.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to learn and apply new legislation, policies and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Process RTB (Right to Buy) and RTA (Right to Acquire) applications for Citizen.
• Ensure statutory RTB and RTA applications comply with legal requirements and Citizen policies.
• Protect business interests by verifying rights and guarding against fraud and delays.
• Build knowledge of RTB, RTA and Right to Shared Ownership to answer inquiries.
