Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. partners with a fast-growing tech startup in West End to hire an Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO. This hybrid role supports a 90:10 split between business and private duties and offers a high-impact, discreet support environment.

You will manage complex travel, run a dynamic calendar, and act as a trusted liaison with investors, the CEO's network, and the wider team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting C-suite or founders in financial services.
• Highly precise with strong execution focus.
• Flexible hours for demanding travel.
• Long-term partner to a founder, not a stepping stone.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CEO's complex travel schedule end to end, including multi-city itineraries and last-minute changes.
• Run a fast-moving calendar, prioritising and protecting the CEO's time.
• Handle private administration with discretion.
• Anticipate needs and execute without being chased.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the CEO's network, investors and the wider team.
• Support the CEO on wider business priorities as the company scales.
