Clearline Recruitment Ltd in Horsham, West Sussex, is looking for an experienced Ride-On Mower Team Leader to start immediately. You will lead a small grounds maintenance team, operate ride-on mowers on verges, parks and public spaces, and ensure safe, high-quality workmanship every day.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm with holiday pay and weekly pay. A valid UK driving licence and prior grounds maintenance experience are essential; temp-to-perm progression may be available for the

Qualifications

• Experience operating ride-on lawn mowers is essential.
• Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience is required.
• Able to lead or support a small team and manage workloads.

Responsabilités

• Operate ride-on lawn mowers across verges, parks, roundabouts and public spaces.
• Lead and support a small grounds maintenance team on daily tasks.
• Carry out grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and pruning duties.
