Job summary

Glendale Managed Services is seeking a Countryside Team Member to deliver reliable, high-quality countryside management support across client sites. You will perform horticultural tasks, operate ride-on and pedestrian mowers, and apply herbicides, while guiding junior staff and coordinating with the Countryside Team Leader to meet contract requirements.

A full, clean UK driving licence is required; training will be provided for handheld machinery and specialist tasks.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of countryside management is desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertake horticultural and countryside tasks, including planting, fencing, vegetation clearance and management, herbicide application.
• Supervise and guide lower graded staff and work with the Countryside Team Leader to meet contract requirements.
• Operate ride-on and pedestrian mowers; use power tools and light plant; drive company vehicles when required.
