Job summary

TT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Projects Team, supporting development and disposals across planning, demolition, due diligence and development activity. The role requires a track record in residential development PM and RICS qualification, with support from Senior Project Managers as you lead your own live projects.

You will oversee technical and construction aspects, manage budgets and contracts, and work with the wider team on planning and disposals nationwide, with

Qualifications

• RICS qualified with an RICS-accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Residential development project management experience.
• Knowledge of development activity from concept through to delivery and sales.
• Strong knowledge of technical construction standards and detailing.
• Experience across procurement types, from joint ventures to direct developments.
• Familiarity with consultant and contractor agreements such as JCT.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate and manage consultant appointments and construction contracts with the Commercial Manager.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports during project delivery.
• Support project teams on programming, progress, cost, risk, change management and reporting.
• Manage project budgets with the Commercial Manager.
• Ensure collateral warranties and insurances are in place for each appointment and contract.
• Assist the commercial team with activities across planning, disposals and development projects.
• Support the disposals team with due diligence across planning and development activity.
