Job summary

TT is seeking a Project Manager to join the Projects Team in London, with regular travel to sites nationwide. You will manage technical and construction aspects across planning, disposals and development, working closely with Senior Project Managers to own projects end-to-end.

You will need RICS qualification and a track record in residential development PM, with strong cost control, procurement and contracts awareness.

Qualifications

• RICS qualification required with an RICS-accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Residential development project management experience is essential.
• Knowledge of the development process from concept through delivery and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and construction aspects of planning, disposals and development.
• Negotiate consultant appointments and construction contracts with Commercial Manager.
• Tender and interpret technical surveys and reports (geo-technical, acoustic, thermal).
• Support project teams on programming, progress, cost, risk, change management and reporting.
• Manage project budgets with Commercial Manager.
• Ensure collateral warranties and insurances for each appointment and contract.
• Assist commercial team with planning, disposals and development activities.
• Support nationwide disposal of commercial and residential assets.
