Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde recruit a part-time Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join the rheumatology AHP Service. You will provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for inflammatory arthritis and other rheumatological conditions, across outpatient clinics, rehab programmes, and hydrotherapy.

Based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, support rheumatology outpatient services, deliver exercise-based rehabilitation and contribute to

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for rheumatology patients.
• Work as an integral member of the rheumatology multidisciplinary team.
• Support rheumatology outpatient services and hydrotherapy sessions.
• Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programmes and participate in clinics.
• Contribute to service improvement, audits and student education.
