Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN) at Bethany Lodge in Dymchurch, Kent. Join a UK-leading complex care provider delivering high standards of physical and mental wellbeing in a residential setting for young adults with disabilities.

You will work a 36-hour rota with day and night shifts, contributing to high-quality clinical care and multidisciplinary team collaboration while adhering to NMC guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• NMC Pin registration (RGN) and UK work eligibility are required.
• Experience with care planning, documentation, and medication administration.
• Knowledge of PEG, catheter, diabetes management, and dysphagia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and implement care plans in line with NMC guidelines.
• Lead and collaborate within the clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient notes.
