Job summary

Maidstone Complex SCP, part of CCH, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-standard care within packages of complex care. You will work closely with families and the MDT, following a detailed care plan to ensure residents' needs and preferences are met with holistic, person-centred care.

Roles involve tracheostomy care, nocturnal ventilator use, cough assist, bowel management, and medication administration. A rewarding role offering flexible working and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN and at least 3 years of experience.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate.
• Experience in moving and handling.
• Experience with tracheostomies, ventilators, cough assist and deep suctioning.
• Experience with supra pubic catheters, bowel management and administering medication.
• Experience with spinal cord injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard nursing care to clients with complex needs.
• Collaborate with families and MDT with oversight from the complex community nurse.
• Follow an up-to-date care plan to meet clients' needs and wishes.
• Deliver holistic, person-centred care and support clients to meet their potential.
• Care duties include tracheostomy care, nocturnal ventilator support, cough assist, and related tasks.
