Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) for Bethany Lodge in Dymchurch, Kent. The role involves delivering high-quality care to young adults with disabilities in a residential setting, aligning with NMC guidelines and personalized care plans.

You will work a 36-hour week on a rotating day/night rota, contribute to multidisciplinary care, and maintain precise clinical documentation. A supportive team and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Current NMC pin registration (RGN) is essential.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Compliant with PEG, catheter, and diabetes management requirements.
• Understanding of disabilities, patient deterioration, epilepsy, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments and implement care plans per NMC guidelines.
• Lead when required and work with multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medicines within NMC framework and maintain accurate records.
