Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care team with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse settings. You’ll work with industry-leading support and a flexible Workwise app to tailor your schedule.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
• At least six months of UK-based paid nursing experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good level of English and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in line with individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in their needs.
• Support clients with chronic conditions, post-operative care, or rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintaining care records to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
