TipTopJob is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join an exceptional nursing home in the Weymouth area. The home provides general and dementia care, with a Good rating from CQC.

The role requires an active NMC pin and offers day and night shifts in a permanent capacity. The salary is GBP 20.00 per hour, with an annual salary up to GBP 49,920, plus a range of benefits including pension, training, and staff recognition.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work with elderly and dementia residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, relatives and other professionals.
• Report ill health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Chickerell, Weymouth area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This nursing home specialises in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly. The home is currently rated as Good by CQC

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
• A good team player

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP20.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP49,920 per annum.
