Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an exceptional care home in the Walton-on-Thames area. This boutique facility provides residential and nursing care with an on-site therapy room and a public cafe.

You must hold a current NMC PIN to be considered. The role is permanent, full-time, day shifts, with a salary of £22-£23 per hour and monthly pay, plus benefits including induction, career development, DBS paid, uniform provided and enhanced bank holiday rates.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN.
• Experience in care home settings preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are created and maintained with residents, relatives, and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP/professional visits when needed.

An amazing new job opportunity has become available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Walton-on-Thames, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting

• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
