Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a leading care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for a boutique luxury care home near Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. This permanent, full-time role offers day shifts with a salary of £22.00 - £23.00 per hour, paid monthly.

You must hold an active NMC pin. You will assess residents, administer medications, maintain care plans with families and professionals, and report health changes to GPs as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RN with an active NMC pin.
• Proven experience in care settings preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a team and manage time well.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, relatives and clinicians.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when necessary.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
