Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping a luxury care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, recruit a Registered Nurse. The role involves day shifts, delivering person-centred nursing care, assessing residents’ needs and coordinating with GPs and care teams.

You must hold a current active NMC pin and have experience in care settings. The salary is £22.00–£23.00 per hour, paid monthly, with benefits including induction, training, DBS paid, uniform provided and enhanced bank holiday rates.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience working in a care setting is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and update residents' care plans with input from residents and families.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when necessary.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
