CS UK Recruitment Ltd. is helping a boutique luxury care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse.

The role is permanent, full-time, on day shifts, with a salary of £22.00 - £23.00 per hour and monthly pay. The successful candidate will administer medications, assess residents, and develop personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families and health professionals.

Qualifications

Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
Experience in a care setting preferred.
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
Maintain care plans with residents, relatives and professionals.
Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when needed.

Job description

An amazing new job opportunity has become available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Walton-on-Thames, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

A boutique luxury home is a purpose-built, modern facility offering residential and nursing care. Also features a therapy and exercise room and a stunning, octagonal glass public cafe

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Proven experience of working in a care setting
A good team player
Well-developed time management and leadership skills
Able to show a can-do attitude always
