Teledyne Microwave UK, part of Teledyne Technologies, designs, builds and supports RF/microwave equipment. We seek an electronics manufacturing technician to align, test, verify and accept products to specifications, fault-find to component level, and document issues according to TD&S procedures.

The role involves using various test equipment, contributing to continuous improvement, and working with shift pattern including afternoons.

Competenze

• HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent or 2 years experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Flexibility to work an afternoon shift pattern if required.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality standards.

Mansioni

• RF, analogue and digital alignment, test, verification and final acceptance testing to specifications.
• Fault-finding and diagnosis of non-working electronics down to component level.
• Maintain and follow all operating procedures and quality instructions.
• Operate and maintain various testing equipment (network analysers, spectrum analysers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, meters).
• Record faults and progress in TD&S procedures and produce production records.
