ALTEN is seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to support a busy radio testing programme for consumer electronics. You will test, validate and document RF performance in a laboratory setting, adhering to standards and procedures.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, apply hands-on RF testing and maintain test records while contributing to continuous improvement of lab processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ RF testing or RF lab experience.
• Experience with structured test procedures and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in regulated processes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct RF testing using spectrum analysers and oscilloscopes.
• Operate RF test chambers and related lab equipment.
• Plan and execute daily test laboratory activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to verify product performance.
• Produce accurate test records and reports.
• Ensure testing complies with accreditation, quality and compliance standards.
